Step 1

Open your ride dashboard

Enter your Rider ID (from the veloVigil Settings screen on your Karoo) and open your dashboard. It shows your recent rides as ready-to-paste summaries — no network tricks required.

Your Rider ID is the capability — anyone with it can read your rides. Don't share it publicly.

Step 2

Copy a ride's markdown

Open the ride you want coaching on, click Copy markdown. That's your whole ride in one paste — Claude doesn't have to fetch anything.

Step 3

Paste into Claude and ask

Open claude.ai, start a new conversation, paste the markdown, then say:

"Coach me on this ride."

What you'll get

A breakdown of your effort and pacing
Insights on fatigue and recovery
Suggestions for your next ride

Didn't work?

Make sure you completed a ride (10+ minutes) after installing veloVigil
Check the Rider ID matches exactly what's in the veloVigil Settings screen
If the dashboard page is empty, your Karoo hasn't synced a ride yet — finish a ride with the extension running and try again

Advanced (API-first): if your Claude has a network tool that can fetch arbitrary hosts (Claude Code, MCP server, etc.), paste this URL instead — Claude can pull everything live:
